Steve Elkins is our preaching minister. He has been serving the Lord in full-time ministry for 38 years. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Ohio State University in 1980. He then went on to receive His Master’s Degree in Practical Theology from the Cincinnati Bible Seminary in 1983.

Steve has held three previous ministries (all in Ohio) before coming to serve the Victory Christian Church in November of 2020. Steve is married to a wonderful wife named Diana and they have two grown sons and two young grandsons. Steve enjoys being in the ministry and he especially loves preaching and teaching. He also plays a 12-string guitar and sings. His hobbies include exercising, shopping for antiques, watching college football, and reading. He and his wife Diana love to vacation each year in Gatlinburg in the Smoky Mountains.
